We had Simbuild to extend our garage and add a gym to the side so quite extensive work. They arrived on time kept us informed at every stage and quite importantly for us kept the garden as tidy as possible. When the lockdown happened they took all measures to socially distance even arriving in separate vehicles. We are extremely pleased with the results and would definitely use them again. 5 stars are not enough for Sim Build, after 5 quotes from various builders, Simon put us at ease with our plans and truly delivered on his promise. We now have a fantastic extension which is the envy of most our friends. He has since been back and carried out other work, like recessing steel RSJs, opening up the whole downstairs with a seamless ceiling. Absolutely fantastic.
